Mr. Quin was truthful with his diagnostic of my 2008 Pilot. I understood what he was telling me about my car. He was professional and timely with the repair of my Honda. I would trust them with my cars, and definitely refer my friends to them.

Jeff, Quinn and everyone at F.A. are just great: they recently (1) diagnosed; (2) repaired a problem with my Prius in about an hour and didn't even charge me. Just the very best.

As always, the team at future took the time to listen to my concerns, evaluate the problem and offer their opinions on the options to solve it. Wow! Again, we say, Wow! Future Automotive has always been there for us. They treat us like family – the good family! Having a 23-year-old car (we know its old) we expect to have a lot of expensive upkeep, but Jeff quickly gets us in and out quickly with problem fixed with minimal costs. We would like to think we are special customers, but others report the same treatment and again only fix what is needed. They do tell us what the car is going to need attention in the next few thousand miles but never push to sell more than what was needed.
