Timing belt/ Honda Pilot! Buddy and Jeff are often in the front when you come in. You will not find a nicer bunch of individuals. The car repair business is complex. Often, it is hard to know if the work needs to be done. How much it should rightfully cost. We fortunately have not had to have a lot of work done. However this group will treat you right, the prices are fair, and the work is timely. Buddy is great at communicating what is happening from beginning to end. Everyone needs to stop going to the dealer. If you are not happy with your current north county shop please give this place your business. We could not be more grateful. Todd and Karen Clark

Fabulous place. Good location, with an Enterprise Rental office right nearby. So convenient! Stopped in for a small issue, which they fixed in minutes. Great staff. Ill be bringing my Beetle here for all its needed maintenance going forward. So happy I found them!

I had an emergency situation w my car overheating today. Jeff came out to the parking lot, right away to assess the situation and reassure me nothing was burning. Future already has the situation sorted, the part is ordered and my dear old car will be ready tomorrow. Thank you, guys. You always get us back on the road quickly and for a reasonable cost. A shout out to Future Automotive in Rancho Bernardo and one of its owners, Buddy. I took my BMW X5 in to Future Automotive because the windshield washer fluid was leaking out on my garage floor. I chose Future Automotive after reviewing close to 50 other Google reviews and after considering other repair shops in North County. Prior to taking it in, I did some research on what may be involved with the repair (re: the need to remove the fender and wheel well to access the washer reservoir and pump) which gave me an idea of potential time and cost involved. I then took it in and met with Buddy who clearly explained what they would need to do to diagnose the problem and the costs involved - which aligned with what I had expected. I then made an appointment and brought my car back in a couple days later. Buddy called me a couple hours after I had dropped my car off and confirmed it was in fact a bad pump and ask if it was ok to proceed with the repair; he also explained what my final cost would be. I told him to proceed and when I picked the car up later that day, he said the cost turned out to be a little lower. I was happy to hear that as my prior experiences with other auto repair shops tended to be a last minute surprise of addition charges. Finally, I found a auto repair shop that under promises and over delivers! I would highly recommend Future Automotive to anyone looking for a good auto mechanic that offers fair, competitive prices. We’ve been bringing our cars here for over 5 years. This time we trusted them with our 100k miles service package on our minivan and again, they did a great job in the time they quoted and the same price quoted. Buddy showed us the new parts to be used, and afterwards showed us the old parts that were replaced. Nice people, great service and much less expensive than the dealer.
