Called and spoke to Buddy, he was very helpful. They installed a hard to find battery for my car, work was as promised and prompt. Their service was great and the car was ready in a couple hours. I will be going there for all my future repair needs and recommending Buddy and the team at Future Automative to friends and family.

Great customer service!!! I called to see about bringing in my car for damage to the gravel shield. After the heavy rains recently it just came off half way. I called on a Friday as they were closing so he advised me to come in on Monday. On Monday he called and left a message apologizing for not being able to help right away since they were closing and if I still needed help to call or just bring the car in. My husband brought the car in, he cut away the extra pieces off and checked under the car to make sure there were no other issues. Gave us his recommendations and didn't charge us. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! He was professional and honest!! We have never met a Mechanic with such Outstanding Customer Service!!! Thank you Buddy!!! We'll be back!

Although I didn't use them for services, I was almost going to if AAA couldn't jump the battery to my car. Buddy was so nice and helpful! He was very personable and quick with responding and answering our questions. The car battery died while we were packing it up and we asked if he could change our battery if needed. He said he was able to right away if we brought it in. He also provided us a quote too. I called 3 other places and they were either not available that day or they were able to do the job by the end of the day. Thank you for your prompt response and honestly.

As a resident of Montana, I drove to San Diego & had mechanical issues with my 2015 Forrester. Old school customer service and quality work. They answer their phone and speak to you with kindness and respect and give you proper expectations. What more can you ask for? I was in a bind and they didn't over promise, didn't over charge and delivered in less than the expected time. i feel like I made ne friends today.
