The best experience working with an auto shop ever! Buddy was so friendly, accommodating and even started calling my car by the name I gave her! He communicated clearly throughout and is very honest. I will definitely be using them as my go-to mechanic and highly recommend to anyone looking for good, honest, old-fashion service.

My car’s thermostat and check engine light came on while driving to work. I brought my car to Future Automotive and Jeff and Buddy were able to make time for me right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and got my car back to me before the day was over giving me a more than generous price for the work done. I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism and am completely confident in the quality of their work. Buddy even made sure to call me the next day to make sure everything was still running well. My car drives great, and it’s definitely thanks to Future Automotive :)

Called and spoke to Buddy, he was very helpful. They installed a hard to find battery for my car, work was as promised and prompt. Their service was great and the car was ready in a couple hours. Great customer service!!! I called to see about bringing in my car for damage to the gravel shield. After the heavy rains recently it just came off half way. I called on a Friday as they were closing so he advised me to come in on Monday. On Monday he called and left a message apologizing for not being able to help right away since they were closing and if I still needed help to call or just bring the car in. My husband brought the car in, he cut away the extra pieces off and checked under the car to make sure there were no other issues. Gave us his recommendations and didn't charge us. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! He was professional and honest!! We have never met a Mechanic with such Outstanding Customer Service!!! Thank you Buddy!!! We'll be back!

Although I didn't use them for services, I was almost going to if AAA couldn't jump the battery to my car. Buddy was so nice and helpful! He was very personable and quick with responding and answering our questions. The car battery died while we were packing it up and we asked if he could change our battery if needed. He said he was able to right away if we brought it in. He also provided us a quote too. I called 3 other places and they were either not available that day or they were able to do the job by the end of the day. Thank you for your prompt response and honestly.
