Once again Future Automotive has come to the rescue! We thank Jeff and his quintessential team that fixed our 23-year-old car and does it fast. Somehow, he finds the correct parts needed and, in a flash, has it back to us the next day. My wife had to be towed from Poway because of a dangerous gas leak while driving. The fire department came and said you must be towed. AAA came and loaded the car on the flat bed and wanted to know where she wanted the car to go. She told him, Future Automotive. The driver came from Ramona but before offering the tow truck driver the address, the driver knew where Future Automotive was located and had taken many cars there. We had two separate issues that were fixed and ready the next afternoon. We just can’t say enough about their courtesy, efficiency, efficacy, with professional treatment. Thanks for being there for us!

With Future's past work on our autos, and the usual high level of customer service from our recent visit, we plan to continue using their services for a long time ot come.

Fantastic place with integrity. I had some plans to have a friend change my brakes fall through and I thought I was going to be stuck with the pads I purchased at a parts store. No one else was willing to help me with customer supplied parts until I called Future. They said they could do it no problem. After looking at my old brakes they actually let me know that I still had around 50% and I technically didn't need them. I still had the work done, but this was the first time I'd never had the mechanic try and upcharge me or get me to pay for other work on my car. This place is a real stand-up shop and if you've had problems with other mechanics, give this place a try.

I am very satisfied with the service I received and in a short amount of time. Additionally, they drove me home and picked me up. I've been using Future for the last 15-20 years and will continue to do so.

My parents have been going to future automotive for years now and this was the first time I took my car in. I needed some routine work done (transmission fluid change) and also wanted them to look into my AC that hadn't been working for a while. They investigated the AC, called me with their findings, and let me have some time to decide if I wanted to proceed with a more expensive repair. Then they thoroughly answered my questions when I called back to inquire further. They didn't pressure me to have work done immediately or purchase extra parts/labor, but were very transparent with what they found and explaining best and worst case scenarios. They also did some work out of courtesy when they noticed a possible leak, and let me know they would look into it again when I return.
