First time customer, came to Future to have my Corvette repaired when it had a sudden oil pressure loss. I found them on Yelp and chose them based on numerous 5-star reviews. The team was very friendly and honestly explained all of the potential options for what can be a very expensive repair (oil pump in LS1 engine). They were true to their word, with my car done early and at the estimated price. They even had to fabricate some custom tools to do the job, and did so without complaint! Very pleased and can highly recommend them to friends and family.

Did the job for half of what I was quoted at other places. Will take my car here for any issues going forward

I own a 2011 Honda CRV. Had previously been taking it to a dealer. EVERY time I took the car in they discovered "something additional" that needed to be done. Two visits ago they discovered a manifold leak. I told them not to fix it because I couldn't hear it (which means it either didn't exist or it was so minor it was of no consequence). No big deal - until my last visit there - when they discovered "another something additional" about an oil leak. I park in my garage always. No oil on the floor - ever. I asked them to check out the manifold because I heard a hissing noise (which is indicative of a manifold leak). They told me the manifold was fine. I told them to get my car ready to be picked up - just skip the "oil leak" problem. Never again. I took my care to Future Automotive for a type A service (oil change, filter, tire rotation, inspection). I was "shocked" to find out that after their inspection there was "nothing additional wrong" with the car. First time. But it definitely won't be the last. They have my business going forward. And I'll also be taking my Audi TT there for service. Honesty goes a long way with me - and I believe I finally found it. And, finally, I was told to bring the car in at a certain time for the oil change, etc. and that it would be ready in 45 minutes. And, again I was surprised, it was ready in 45 minutes as promised. If you haven't tried this shop - you should (or feel free to kick yourself later for blowing money at a dealership).

This auto repair facility is not large in size but, they are huge in having good customer service and have efficient service technicians. Make an appointment and they are ready for your vehicle and have your work done properly and on time as, promised. I have been using their services over the past three years and they're honest and reliable!

as usual , gary and his crew did a workmanlike job on diagnosing and fixing a very stubborn emissions control problem that the dealer missed. future auto. gets another A plus for performance.
