Professional, Honest, and pretty much what all the other reviews stated. Gary was in the shop when I decided to get a 2nd opinion on a quote I received. I wanted to know how much of a difference in cost there would be. Upon giving a written estimate of what a general maintenance would be, Diego suggested that since I needed an oil change anyway, to come in for that. This way, the mechanics would be able to do their full check-up included with the oil change. I dropped off the car and within an hour or so, Diego called up and said here's what our mechanics highly recommend to do now. Diego, patiently detailed what needed to be replaced and explained why it needed it to be done. I really appreciated this. I also appreciated how Diego took the time to say, "hey, I've worked at some shops that want you to sell services that the customer may not need right now..." "These guys here, will tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait." I didn't feel any pressure at all.

I am very happy with all the service that Future Automotive performs. They will only charge for what really needs to be done, and confirms what you want to repair or not. They really know their business well. They are professionals in auto repair. Thank you!

After doing some work on my manifold, another related error appeared. They found an old hose causing the problem and fixed it for me without charge! They really seem to guarantee their work.

I always trust Future Automotives with my car. They are flexible with my availability and work around my schedule. To ensure I do not have a leak they recharged the freon with a liquid they can see under a black light. They are going to check up on my car in two weeks to make sure there are no repairs needed.
