These guys are honest and do great work. Picked up my car and it was less than their estimate. In addition they fixed a brake problem that I had Nd did’nt even charge me for it. All my future business to future automotive.

Carol and I want to give Future Automotive more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it. Louis (spell?) must have a 6th sense when it comes to troubleshooting. We have an old car, 2000 T&C, that keeps on humming along because of the techs Gary hires for this place. Great prices when you consider they fix problems rather than blindly replace parts like other places we've gone to in the past. We won't go any other place so Future Automotive, Gary and the Techs can't quit until after the coroner takes us away!

Once again Future Automotive has come to the rescue! We thank Jeff and his quintessential team that fixed our 23-year-old car and does it fast. Somehow, he finds the correct parts needed and, in a flash, has it back to us the next day. My wife had to be towed from Poway because of a dangerous gas leak while driving. The fire department came and said you must be towed. AAA came and loaded the car on the flat bed and wanted to know where she wanted the car to go. She told him, Future Automotive. The driver came from Ramona but before offering the tow truck driver the address, the driver knew where Future Automotive was located and had taken many cars there. We had two separate issues that were fixed and ready the next afternoon. We just can’t say enough about their courtesy, efficiency, efficacy, with professional treatment.

Recently had my shocks replaced. Ended up paying a little more than what Diego quoted me a few months ago (he doesn't work there anymore). Perhaps because I waited further damage was caused resulting in an increase price. At the end of the day, I went with Future because of he trust that was established when Diego worked there. He was very personal, and not transaction. Looks like the same mechanics work there, that also gives me a piece of mind.

I've been having my vehicles serviced at Future for five years and am very pleased. Customer service is top-notch and the repairs are always done correctly. On my last visit, the battery in my wife's car was practically dead and Louis got us in the same day. She had a number of important appointments and Future saved the day.

I can trust my 2004 Honda Accord with Future Automotive. Louie is a very experienced mechanic. He knows what he’s talking about and can assure you he is doing the absolute best for your car. He will advise you which repairs are priority and necessary and communicate to you which repairs you can hold off on and also advise on upcoming maintenance jobs that need to be done in the future so you know what to expect. I like how Louie used an analogy regarding weight gain to help me understand the wear on the lower control arm bushings. Just like you might not be able to notice weight gain on someone you see everyday is similar to not being able to notice the wear on your car since you drive it everyday but a trusted, experienced mechanic like Louie can tell and advise you how to get more years out of your car!
