This is the most honest shop. I went in thinking my car had one problem but found it was something else ---- the battery. My battery had died 2X in the last 3 weeks. They tested it thoroughly and said it was still ok but when the lights were left on and something else the battery was not at full charge. They gave me the option of staying with the one I had or get a new stronger battery. Jeff gave me the price for a new battery and again told me I could stay with the one I had because it could still last awhile. I chose the new battery because I didn't want to take the chance my car could die again. I have been going to Future Automotive for a very long time and would not anywhere else.

He explains my options well and has no problem suggesting certain items can be done at a later date being sensitive to my pocketbook. Reliable, knowledgeable and affordable.
