Great work on my Jeep

I recently moved to Ranch Bernardo and had no idea as to where to take my Honda for servicing.. So glad I followed reviews on Nextdoor. Quinn was so helpful!! The system of booking an appointment online and then receiving a follow-up phone call was amazing. My car was taken on time and the service completed exactly when it was promised. I am quite impressed with Future Automotive!!! Most important, my car is working well!!!

I took my car in to get diagnostic only, I felt pressured to fix the car problems at there shop when I only wanted a diagnostic. I drove it there and when I left it did not even start and I couldn’t drive it. They didn’t even offer to help me get out of there or figure out why it won’t start. They just charged me $400 for something that didn’t even fix it.

Always impressed with the professionalism at Future Automotive. I made an appointment over two weeks ago for service this morning, and the work was completed before noon. Jeff explained what he discovered during the repair, and then explained exactly what work he performed and to follow up in a week or so if everything was not resolved properly. I have been patronizing Future Automotive for years because I have always received top-notch service there, have never been overcharged or "upcharged", and I have come to trust how they do business and take of anything I bring them with fairness and honesty. I highly recommend Future Automotive!
