About a week ago, my van stopped working in a store parking lot. After my husband came to jump start it which didn't help, I had to come home & find someone to look at the van. I had NO idea who to call and I'm always VERY leery of mechanics. I came here on Yelp to look around and found Future Automotive. I've seen their ads before and decided to give them a call.From start to finish, I dealt with Buddy at Future Automotive. When I called to tell him what was going on with my van, he was extremely nice & helpful, and even recommended a towing company when I asked. As soon as the tow truck got there with my van around 3-4 on a Thursday afternoon, he called me to tell me that it arrived and that they would be looking at it the next morning.He called at 10:30 the next morning, letting me know that it was the starter, plus he quoted me a price and I gave him the ok to start the work. 2 hours later, I got the call that my van was done, PLUS he had overestimated the cost so it as actually $75 cheaper! I was able to pick it right up and Buddy was just as great in person as on the phone.Gary, the owner, just called me today to make sure that everything was going ok with the van & to make sure I was happy with the service. I told him I was & I was really pleasantly surprised at the great customer service. I will definitely be using Future Automotive again & will tell friends about them!
