This is a first time for me in Future Automotive ans I am lucky that these guys are very near to my house. They are very professional and up to the point. I am also satisfied with their timely delivery of my car after service. Diego went through the things that had to be changed and applied Groupon discount on some of the parts. They even fixed my car stereo (I thought I may need to spend $$$ on that). Overall I am really satisfied 5 stars.

Thank you very much Nattu for the great review!! Your Accord is a great car and by taking good care of it your going to have it great performance for a long time. This place is great. Very professional. I felt they were very honest with me and didn't try to add a ton of work that didn't need to be done. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped by to get an appointment for an oil change and had the option of getting it done the same day or another day that was more convenient to me. I made an appointment for the following day and was in and out in under an hour.

I am not local to San Diego and had to bring in my car to Future Automotive for some vibration issues I was noticing during my cross country trip between Dallas and SFO. I read reviews on Yelp and Future Automotive doesn't disappoint at all. What distinguishes Future Automotive from the rest of other repair shops is, customer service is second nature to them. Everyone that I interacted at this shop were genuine, customer friendly with no beating behind the bush attitude. When I arrived in without an appointment, Diego, Gary & Jeff got onto hearing the issues, asking questions to really understand where the real problem is and recommended the repairs. Within a few hours, they put me on road again. I only wish if all automotive repair shops have the integrity & customer orientation as such of Future Automotive. A big kudos to your entire team. Keep up the good work. Thanks much :)

Hope your trip up the coast was with less bumps and pulsations. :] We were very busy that day and really didn't have too much time to help everybody but I'm glad we, with your patience, were able to correct the two problems that two to three other places were not able to figure out.
